  3. Excellent quality product selections and a friendly place to go shopping. I shopped more often at the garden and outdoor departments. This store is better than their competitors.

    until MR ALBUQERGUE stepped in help me; he did an excellent job. I just wanted to let him know to keep up the superb work.

  7. The custom blind associate, Jazzy (at the Medford Oregon store), was beyond excellent. I had gone to 6 other stores in my area and walked out of each one dissatisfied. Lowes was my last store to try. Not only did the associate offer to help, but gave me many options to select from. She knew the products and was polite and cheerful, but most of all, she treated me respectfully. She is someone I will seek out in the future when I need help with a purchase.

  8. Completed my new Pergo Timberlake flooring last summer and carpeting through Lowes in Orchard Park last summer. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. We love everything about the new look and the efficiency of the Lowes employees. The Flooring Dept and Installers were just great. I decided to purchase a new range and refrigerator. I called the Lowes Appliance Dept three days in a row, and the phone rang and rang over 10 times. No answer at Orchard Park. I finally called “Heather” at the Hamburg Store; she was terrific. Helping me out w/ the Frigidaire Refrigerator I found on the website and GE Range. I went to the Orchard Park store, which is the closest to me, and “still no Zander” there. Service called “Cory” over from Flooring for me. I was so happy to see Cory whom I had done business w/ before. I purchased my new 4-door Frigidaire and GE Range w/ the help of Cory. He was as lovely as ever, and I explained my problem w/ not reaching anyone in this Appliance Dept over the past few days. I called the next day, and “Ethan” told me he would have a file available for me to pick up on delivery. Alas, NO file by Ethan, but “Alexis” was there. She was amazing! She knew all the particulars, and “how there was even a Rebate for the installation”!!! I was So happy that she was there, and I even left w/ a little neck scarf she gave me for our dog with the Lowes insignia! I asked to speak to Tyler, the DSM. However, he was always SO busy on the telephone. Ugh. Mickey helped arrange for delivery. Fortunately, the delivery went very well w/ Shawn and Jeremy at the helm. On-time and very lovely. They were surprised that hook-up of the range wasn’t arranged at the time of purchase. ?? However, WNY Installers sent over Rich and Joe the following Monday, and all went well. My husband and I were exhausted after all this calling and running around. I am so happy to have our new Frigidaire and GE Range installed, but so glad I won’t have to go through it again. Appliance Dept needs something it is desired in Customer Service. Thank goodness for Heather at Hamburg Store, Cory for coming over from the Flooring Dept and Alexis for taking the entire order to the level of service I was used to.

    As customers, we may visit Lowe’s multiple times within a week. Some receipts have expired for the survey, while others are still active. The system will not allow us to proceed if we enter an expired survey code and have another current one.

  11. I’m building a pond-side deck and a porch onto a cabin. I have had material significantly delivered; it was Jim (last name unknown) from the Clemson store. Great guy!!! He was friendly, professional, punctual and safe operating his forklift while unloading and transporting material to the lay-down area. I could brag about him, but to sum up, how personable he was, I’ve invited him to go fishing. I don’t do that to just anyone. I hope Jim gets the recognition he deserves. He’s a valuable asset to Lowes.

  12. My local lowes has never been my favourite for customer service. Today was SO much different. A lovely lady named Lynn was my cashier. She greeted everyone with a smile and kind words and changed my shitty mood for the rest of the day.

  13. Dakotah McCoy was very helpful, with a smile on his face, and a pleasant young man. I even put the Christmas tree in my cart for me.
